Data Processing
All tools on ToolPlanet process data entirely client-side using JavaScript running in your browser. This includes JSON formatting, JWT decoding, Base64 encoding, hash generation, and all other tools. Your input data never leaves your device.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page traffic. This is privacy-respecting analytics that does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not store personal information. We see metrics like page views and most visited tools — not who visited.
Advertising
We may display Google AdSense advertisements to support the free operation of this platform. AdSense may use cookies and browser signals for ad personalization based on Google's privacy policies. You can opt out of personalized ads via Google's Ad Settings.
LocalStorage
We use your browser's LocalStorage to save your theme preference (light/dark) and recently used tools. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
Third-Party Services
We load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) which may log your IP for CDN purposes. All other tool functionality is self-contained within our bundle.
Children's Privacy
ToolPlanet is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
